A traditional sauce from Ligurian cuisine made with fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, grated pecorino and parmesan cheese, and extra virgin olive oil. It is characterized by an intense and aromatic flavor that comes from the use of fresh, quality ingredients.
It is produced in Italy by an oil mill with 180 years of history that is part of the Guild of Master Oilmakers in a small village in the hills of Imperia, Liguria.
