2. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS
We will deal with the shipment and delivery of the item(s) purchased by you in a timely manner, through the delivery services and logistics company S.F. EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED, ensuring the delivery of the same to the delivery address indicated (during the online sale) by you within 4 (four) working days starting from the completion of the electronic purchasing process and, in particular, between Monday and Friday of the pertinent week.
The purchased item(s) will be delivered in one or more large paper boxes.
We offer free local delivery for order of at least HONG KONG DOLLARS THREE HUNDRED ONLY (HK$300.00).
For orders below HONG KONG DOLLARS THREE HUNDRED ONLY (HK$300.00), the shipping and delivery costs shall be borne and paid by customer on delivery.

Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling (if applicable). All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your purchase confirmation Email.

Any notice to you will be in writing by e-mail.
8. SEVERABILITY
Any provision contained herein determined to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid shall be automatically voided and shall not affect the enforceability, legality or validity of the remaining provisions herein.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These Standard Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and you irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this employment or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) or these Standard Terms.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Standard Terms will be deemed to be the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Standard Terms.
IN WITNESS WHEREFORE, the Parties have caused their duly authorized representatives to accept this Agreement, as evidenced by the applicable online purchase.
