1) Is there a minimum purchase order?

A: No, there is no minimum purchase order.

2) Can you ship outside of Hong Kong?

A: We usually do not ship outside of Hong Kong and Macau. However, you can e-mail us about your situation and we will do our very best to find the best solution for you.

3) How much does local delivery cost?

A: Our delivery services in Hong Kong are provided by S.F. EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED. We offer free delivery in Hong Kong for purchases of at least HK$300.00. For purchases below HK$300.00, the shipping costs shall be borne and paid by the customer upon delivery.

4)How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

A: Once your order has been placed and your payment has been verified before 4:30 PM on weekdays (except public holiday), we will process and ship your order on the same day*. Orders placed after 4:30 PM during weekdays, over the weekend and during public holidays will not be processed and dispatched until the next business day*. Our business hours are from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). 
* This might vary depending on stock availability.  

5) How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

A: Under normal circumstances, order(s) will be delivered within 2-3 business days by S.F. EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED. We will send you the S.F. EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED waybill number once your order has been dispatched, you can track your parcel on the website of S.F. EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED.

6) What should I do if I do not receive my order?

A: Please contact us right away by either telephone, e-mail or Facebook and mention your order and/or invoice number.

7) What should I do if my coffee capsules machine malfunction?

A: Please contact us right away by either telephone, e-mail or Facebook and mention your order and/or invoice number.

8) How can I submit a complaint? 

A: All complaints must be submitted in writing to either our e-mail address or by mail to our office address.
